Starting a new thing!

So I finally got around to making a furaffinity account!
I've been on various art sites in the past (mainly deviantart and tumblr), but I've never really got much of a following or made any friends. I'm hoping maybe that will change this time...? We'll see, I suppose.
You know, I used to get pretty defensive about furry stuff. I don't know if I necessarily identify as a furry if only because I don't usually include monster-people or aliens in that category and monsters/aliens are my favorite things, but I do certainly draw a lot of more traditionally anthropomorphic characters as well (and plenty of my aliens are essentially anthros). So I guess it is time B| to embrace it
I'm, at heart, an anthropologist, and most of my characters and stories focus on fictional cultures and cultural practices and how that affects individuals within those cultures. Some of it is assimilated from stuff I've learned about, but most of it is my own invention. I've been worldbuilding since I was 12, so its pretty much my favorite thing.
Well! I uploaded a few things but I need to get to studying for some classes tomorrow, so I guess I'll get back to it tomorrow! I will probably be uploading quite a few of my already existing artwork over the course of the next few days, so be prepared!
