Hey, so you like my art and want me to make something for you?
Good! I like making stuff that makes other people happy, but for everyone to be happy, we need to follow these Terms of Service:
*BY CLAIMING A SLOT, YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY ACCEPTING ALL THE INFORMATION IN THIS JOURNAL, SO READ IT CAREFULLY*
- Sending me an ask on Tumblr
- Sending me an e-mail on baphometbimboart[at]gmail.com
- Please do not claim if you don't have the money right away.
- Splitting the payment is OK, but I will not continue working on your commission before I have received 100% of the payment.
- Private commissions (commissions I will not post or share anywhere) cost an additional 25% of the final price.
- Payments must be made via PayPal. I will send you an invoice.
IMPORTANT
- The prices featured above are starting/base prices, which can vary depending on the complexisty of the commission.
Here is a list of things that will probably make me charge extra:
- Wings (large ones that need me to design the picture composition around them.)
- Extremely detailed characters (such as complex markings, tattoos, hairstyles, multiple limbs, etc)
- Robotic parts
- Detailed scales/feathers
- Complex Armour
- Excessive jewellery
- Difficult or intricate costumes
- I'll also need you to be as specific as you need to be. If you want me to do a very specific pose, try giving me reference pictures and be very precise in your description. If you want to leave most of the specifics uo to me, that's OK too. The communication between us must be clear for everyone to be satisfied!
- The drawing process consists of the following stages:
1. Rough Sketch (just overall poses and composition, this is done before payment)
2. Base Sketch (character details are put in: face, hair, ears, clothes, etc)
3. Lineart
4. Flat colors
5. Shading
- During the process, I will be sending you WIPs of your commission up to Stage 4 (flat colors) so you can request changes. After that is approved, I'll work on shading by myself, and no further changes will be made for free.
- After payment, you may request up to 2 major changes on the rough sketch (e.g change of pose)
- Unlimited small changes up to Stage 2 (e.g slight alteration in muscles size, dick size, eye direction, details on clothes, foot position, etc)
- Up to 4 small changes on Stage 3.
- Again, no major changes past Stage 1. If you want me to completely change the pose/angle I will charge you the amount corresping to how much work was wasted.
- After after I finish Stage 5, I will send you a full resolution .PNG or .JPEG.
- I do not send .PSD or .SAI files.
- If I have already started work on your commission, you will only be refunded the money equivalent to the stages not completed yet (e.g If you ordered a full color commission and I've already completed the sketch, the price of a sketch commission will be subtracted from your refund). Please understand that you're paying for my work time, which cannot be taken back.
- I have the right to decline any commission without question.
- I reserve full rights to the image and it’s distribution or use.
- I reserve the right to include any commission in my portfolio, unless you ask for a private commission.
- I reserve the right to decline use of my characters in any way.
- I do not print and ship digital commissions.
- By hiring me, you understand and agree to these terms.

REFUNDS:
- If you decide to cancel the commission, I will refund your advance payment in full, UNLESS I have already started working on it.- If I have already started work on your commission, you will only be refunded the money equivalent to the stages not completed yet (e.g If you ordered a full color commission and I've already completed the sketch, the price of a sketch commission will be subtracted from your refund). Please understand that you're paying for my work time, which cannot be taken back.
