Well, it's a little scary but I've started a new chapter in my life: as of last month I am officially freelancing full-time.

This gives me a lot more time to work on my art, which means that you guys are going to start seeing more and more of me in the near future :)

So what am I doing with all this free-time?

Well, needle felting and 3D printing for starters! I'm currently working on a wolf doll, which I will be uploading pictures of very soon. I also have a list of 12 dragons I need to sculpt, which I will be working on over the next few weeks (hopefully... depending on my schedule, which I'll get to in just a moment.)

I'm also modeling for art classes again, which is always so fun because I love watching the development of the students throughout the semester. It's really nice to reconnect with all the teachers I used to work for, and some of whom I even studied under!

Another exciting gig is that I'm working on movies! What do I do in the movies? I act, do makeup, make props, make schedules, help make poster art, and even help a little with special effects. So basically I'm a jack-of-all-trades haha! This is why my schedule is so hairy right now, because we're in the middle of a really flippin' huge shoot, and I'm in charge of almost all of the props, costumes, makeup, and effects. This means that I've got to be very conscientious of my time, because we need some of the props for the next shoot-day and we're hoping we can do it this weekend.

I've got some pictures of props from our last shoot, would you guys like to see them? Some of the stuff is a little boring but I'm still insanely proud of it, and some of the stuff is a little gory but... again... I'm pretty proud of what I can do on a shoe-string budget! If you guys want to see just let me know, and I'd be happy to show it off!

Well, I've got to get ready for my next modeling gig, and I've got to make some more props - I'll talk to you guys again really soon!
