Looking for good artists to draw a ref for an OC

If you're an artist, and a good one, I need a ref sheet for an OC of mine. I won't go over $15 for this because I don't have much money nor have the kind to spend on art that's nearly $100. Chances are that I won't be able to respond messages on here because after 15 years that FA still don't know how to make an actual app for phones but willing to find more people to do the layout and code the desktop website. Wish I knew how to do it myself.
