TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me for a piece of artwork you are agreeing to my terms of service:
1. Purchasing art from me grants you PERSONAL USE of your digital copy, which means you cannot in any way use the art to gain a profit. If you would like to use this artwork for commercial use, please discuss with me and we can work something out.
2. If an adoptable artwork is sold with art by me, you are only allowed to charge others what you paid for the commission in order to allow someone to receive the art. You forfeit the right to personal use of the piece and agree to delete it once personal ownership is transferred.
3. Personal use encompasses, but is not limited to: The posting of art in character galleries, cropping for icons and/or graphics. Please discuss with me personally if you wish to use your art for other PERSONAL uses that do not fall under these categories.
4. You will receive WIPS (work in progress pictures) that you can then request changes to be made to them. Large changes can be made in the sketch stage, but only small changes can be requested after that.
5. Once the final product is delivered, a refund is not permitted. All changes and/or full/partial refunds must be made during the conception of the image.
6. Please be clear if you would like a time limit for your commission delivery. I do not allow due dates earlier than 1 weeks, and I will specify in my openings if the commission(s) will take longer than normal, so please keep this in mind. These are classed as 'rushed' commissions, rush commissions will often result in extra charges that will be discussed over messenger and the charge is dependant on the commission type and complexity.
7. Failure on my part to deliver a product within a suitable amount of time as agreed on by myself & the purchaser will result in a full refund.
8. Please be VERY clear what you desire of me, this will allow you to get the commission you would like and will require me to do less changes to the piece.
9. I reserve the right to use my artwork for advertising and print sales.
10. Payment is made via Paypal invoice & expected within 48 hours of an accepted commission. Failure to pay during the allotted time will result in commission slot cancellation.
11. Commissioned pieces are not allowed to be altered or edited beyond cropping for icons, or cropping for personal use [but my signature MUST be visible on the piece].
12. Do NOT trace my artwork in any way, shape, or form. Tracing my artwork will result in blacklisting, bewares and reporting of the traced piece until it is removed on all forms of social media.
13. Do not pressure me for the amount of time spent for your piece, you will get a rough estimate when you first commission me. This is just a guideline, if I believe it will take more or less time, I will contact you. If you would like to see your most recent update for your piece, please check in my trello queue.
