HEMPER STUDIOS TERMS OF SERVICE:
Commissions taken through my email, HemperStudios@gmail.com Notes/PMs are likely to be lost or mixed up, so please be sure you send inquiries via email.
This is my first go at a terms of service so check back for updates/changes.
Things I like to draw:
● Different real body types- want your characters bod to look like your bod send me a pic,no full nudes please
● Food related art- micros next to tasty food, candy characters, food WAM SFW only
● Happy moments, daily mundane tasks
Things I won’t currently draw:
● NSFW. (Keep it PG) No nipples, genitals, bulges, huge breasts, euphoria faces, bodily fluids ect.
● Diapers
● Fan art (Sonic, MLP, etc.)
● Hypno
● Tide Pods
Commission types (prices in USD): ***=only available as JPEG
● $10 -Rough Sketch- ***
● $10+$1 per color- Accent color*** minimum 5 color pallet with black and white included free in accent color
● $25 -Flat color
● $30 -Shaded color
● $20 -Badge -Head or Bust-style with your character’s name. (+$5 for mailed laminated badge)
● $50 -Ref sheet- $50 Front/back/feral poses included with character name.
● $30 -traditional colored piece- marker/colored pencil media options, you will receive the original artwork and a scanned upload of the art.
Extra characters and add-ons.
● All extra characters in commissions are subject to a +50% of base cost per character with a maximum of 4 characters.
● Basic backgrounds+ $5
● Wings, complicated garments, detailed backgrounds (machinery, ect), and additional appendages subject to an extra charge.
Payment policy:
● Payment taken through PayPal.
● Required in full upon commission being accepted.
● No slot holding or partial payments. If you can't pay in full at time of payment your spot will be dropped.
Permission policy:
I hold all rights to upload your commission to my personal pages (DeviantART, FurAffinity, Twitter, etc).
You may print your commission, and upload it to your personal galleries with credit given.
You may ask that I not upload your piece for privacy reasons. (surprise commissions, anniversary, etc).
You are not to profit off this piece without discussing it with me first.
Refund policy:
● No refunds for sketches.
● A partial refund will be given if you are unsatisfied with the review sketch. After this sketch is approved, no refund can be given.
● If you harass and/or act poorly, your commission is subject to cancellation with no refund.
Requesting a commission:
Please send an email with the following subject line:
1. The word “Commission”
2. Your username,
3. Your account platform
Example: Commission HemperStudios Weasyl
The email contents must contain the following information:
1. Commission type (sketch, badge, etc.)
2. Description of commission.
3. Reference art (attached images are preferred, as websites like FA can be down periodically). If you have a specific pose in mind also send any relevant images to better describe it.
4. Mailing address if needed for traditional art.
Example: Flat color My character facing the viewer holding a soccer ball and smiling.

I will reply as quickly as possible to either accept or decline your commission. Please be patient and understand that wait times are an estimation, and can vary depending on workload, piece complexity, and outside forces.
