You know, just when I've been imagining the KH girls and female Heartless in diapers, I discovered your journal entry and thought, what if I suggest some female Heartless like Bouncywild, Fortuneteller and possibly Sniperwild.
Now that I mention it, there's been rarely any Kingdom Hearts X(key) related diaper stuff. I've seen one of Master Ava on DA as well as another pic that resembled the game. We really need to see more of X(key) girls in diapers, including the following: Master Ava, Master Invi, Skuld, Strelitzia, and maybe some random female avatars for the fun of it.
And now for my last idea, Maleficent. She's always been my number one favorite villain of all time and my personal favorite villain of the KH series, but we've never seen her padded before, not even her dragon form.

Buddyfight has a lot of characters that are awesome and severely under-represented in diaper art. Batzz is catching on a bit. Mainly because of one other person (other than me, that is) who's having commissions done of him. But, there are a lot of dragon dudes like Bal, Drum, and Jackknife.

Also, My Hero Academia has some prime characters for diapering, but virtually no MHA art gets done in this community.

Finally, the Gods of Destruction from DBZ are almost all prime targets for this. I Mean, everyone knows about Beerus and Champa (the ladder of which needs more love in the community) but there are a lot more that were introduced fairly recently in the sub, relatively speaking.

The Cuphead ladies aren't diapered that often. The game is pretty popular so there's a bunch of fan art but no diaper related ones. I'm fond of Hilda Berg myself

I know, that was from the season 8 (Chipmunks Go To The Movies) episode, Bigger, which is a spoof of the movie Big.
In the CGI series on Nickelodeon, the Chipmunks have been seen in baby outfits including diapers and bonnets.

I might try upgrading the outfits the girls wear in that episode. And I think I'll use their designs from "The Chipmunk Adventure" if I do.

Ursula and Magnolia from season1 get a curse totem in the mail that is turning them into big baby girls, Ursula and Magnolia are wearing really big and thick poofy diaper and a few baby accessories on them, Ursula is talking to the help desk that send them the totem but the help desk lady is dress up as a baby and in a really big and thick poofy diaper while holding a baby bottle in one had and a spoon with some baby food on it from a jar, she looks like she could use a new diaper.
