PSA To Customers:

Hello, I’m sorry for the major lack of communications and delays regarding fursuits. At this time I’ve been dealing with some pretty major circumstances that has control over my life currently which has haunted 90% of all work. We are currently around 4 months delay on all orders and it has been a very unsettling venture that I was not prepared for. We had moved into a new place, larger more space to work etc. it was a good change that would have sped work up without being cramped in a tiny apartment but upon moving in on the 3rd day our landlord had come forth and told us the house was for sale and we were left in the dark on the situation, we had to keep the work room clean and clear until the house had sold our landlord had told us it would sell fast well it didn’t.. It ended up taking 3 months and throughout that period there were people walking in and out of our home, it wasn’t my favorite thing and ultimately if we didn’t comply we wouldn’t have a home, on top of that on January 27th I was pulled over for a loud exhaust and without any explanation I was later being out in handcuffs, apparently my license has been suspended since may 2016. I was uninformed of this and it came up as news to me, turns out a ticket from 5 years ago popped up as not paid due to a town clerks filing mistake and now I have been suffering because of one little mistake. For the last month I have been in and out of court, my license and vehicle taken. I had also switched to a new job with great pay and a good flexible work hour to help save this business and get work done, I have been without transportation in 30 days it has killed all morale and extra energy and I’ve been scraping by with the bills. I had to pull my life together and I’m sorry for this absence. I never expected any of this to happen and I know a lot of you are angry but I need to beg of you to have a little patience with me. I just got my truck and license back and final court date is in two weeks, all of this is coming to a close. The house is also in final pending sale so we don’t have to worry about people coming in and out anymore.

I am sending this email to every commissioner, I’d like to apologize to every one of you for dropping off, I needed time to get my life together before I could even think about working on suits. I put every ounce of effort I can in these creations and I want you guys to have the best product I can produce. If I paid money to someone (Which I have) I would want it as soon as possible to so you guys are right to be upset with me I completely understand.

I soon will be writing up a timeframe to work and estimate some completion dates for you all, as well as personally email every one of you periodically throughout the week to discuss your orders and see where we stand. I’d like to do whatever I can for you to make this right and try to save what’s left of this company. My life has impacted something I’ve been trying to build and I have to take a lot of the blame for it. I’m still learning how to manage this, I still have a lot to figure out and over time I hope I do. I love bringing your fursonas to life it’s a passion of mine and I intend on doing just so if you allow me to.

Depending on deadlines expect some shift changed to the schedule, I will try to work with you all reasonably with estimated completion dates once I bust out a full year schedule. I need to try to organize and prioritize the oldest orders to be fair and get them out of the way.
