NEWS! A new day, a new NSFW artist.

Over the years, a number of you have asked "Hey FF, why don't you do NSFW art? Do you not like money?" The answer is that I didn't need to because I had a sizable savings account and I didn't want to because I suck at anatomy. Well now, it's time. After years of success with super saccharine, itty bitty animal chibis, it is time to branch out into the NSFW land. This will help me both pay bills AND feel more comfortable with anatomy. OH BOY!
I will still keep doing super cute, itty bitty animals, but this will be a secondary project. Hopefully, the project will go as follows:
- Upload a bunch of anatomy studies and sketches to both up my anatomy game and figure out what kind of NSFW I want to do.
- Start a Patreon with a "Pay per piece" model.
- Start taking NSFW commissions, as time and demand permits.
- Start a silly NSFW comic.

Anatomy is hard, guys. :(
It isnt only in the realm of normal nsfw/porn (although it certainly shows better in it). When you draw any fetishes involving parts of the body, this becomes utterly relevant because doing said part wrongly can lead to the commissioner being uninterested or not liking the piece too much.
Mouths are insanely complicatedI commend you for taking this path. I'm very interested into seeing how you progress and what you do. xD
I love your art and this is going to be real interesting and fun.
Yeah every time I've dabbled in NSFW I just get mad at my anatomy. Like, all the anatomys. Gonna have to be a real artist now. :(
I was also in the same boat of "ooo, how would her style look with NSFW?" so I'm glad we didn't have to wait long to see :p I think you can really play into the "super saccharine" qualities you're already great at. If you feel you'll have trouble with anatomy (I don't see anything wrong in that pic fwiw!), you can sorta lean toward that more cartoony style. Which also has the benefit of keeping your stuff unique :)

I think you are right. From all the NSFW art I've seen, I think there's a "super saccharine" niche I could go for. Haven't figured out quite how to render it yet though. Will have to do some experimenting, try different styles, and see what I like the most. :x
I think you'll have no issues selling things, but I'd say if you're uncertain there's never anything wrong with asking "do you see anything wrong with this?". Though of course you might get some raunchy replies, but I guess that comes with the territory >_>

Yeah that's a good point with stylizing it to look and feel right. I think I'm going to try some different styles. Hopefully it will be easier as time goes on and I get more comfortable with the anatomy. I kinda feel like I need to have a basic understanding of it in order to stylize it in a way that makes some eye-appealing sense. TnT
