I have a major cab fair I need to pay for come monday to take my service dog to the SPCA to get her spayed. The issue? Our SPCA is in the middle of bum fuck no where and I can not take my dog on the 5(FIVE) buses I would have to take(she does not have a service card she's still a puppy). Its an 1.5hr of a cab ride to get there. 50$ there, 50$ back, etc.
