Hmm. What made you choose a dragon as a sona?

Well, I felt connected with em. When I was 14 years old, I was obsessed with dragons. I had posters, figurines, videos, I'd seen Dragonheart over and over and I looked up to Sean Connery since he did the voice of Drake, I loved watching American Dragon back then and I was just, all over them. about 8 years ago, before I discovered the fandom, I started drawing them (my skills then sucked) and then around a year after that, I started drawing myself as a dragon. I guess you could say they were very different beta designs for the draggy you see today (I still have them).

What also helped contribute was the fact that I'm British and when I was a little hatchling, I used to visit Wales a lot to see my grandmother. So, I knew the red dragon on the Welsh flag VERY well. The connection between Wales, my heritage and the obsession with dragons themselves all helped. ^.=.^

But all that aside, IF I didn't choose a dragon, I would've been a snow leopard. They're soft and cuddly and nice and loyal. But dragons are just way much more symbolic.
