"April's Foolish Challenge."
- 100 squats
- 100 push ups
- 100 sit ups (including variants)
- 5 minutes of planks (regular and side)
I'll be doing all that every day for the duration of the month of April. In addition to my other workouts >.>
If you know me at all, you know this isn't an April Fool's joke. This is actually happening.
If you feel like joining, go for it. You don't have to do all of em. Just do as many of them as you want. Even if it's just one of em, you'd be surprised the difference a month can make.
