Also, as much as I appreciate people keeping their galleries updated/complete, I don't want to bother you with demands from this lurker who's not even following you and might not check back until randomly coming across you again years later.

In general, searching for "username | usernameicon | iconusername" will get close to everything of that user, because artists tend to tag their commissioners and subjects, and FA's search catches that without needing to add colons to the search. Sorting by date descending (i.e., newest first) matches the default gallery order.
