terrible news + please let me refund you

on this past Wednesday / Thursday the 11th/12th i traveled to Vegas with a friend and their mother for a convention. Not even 5 hours after arriving the car we were traveling in was broken into and the only thing stolen was my backpack containing four thousand dollars worth of stuff including my Cintiq companion. to be clear it had been my drawing tablet and personal laptop for about the past 3 years.
before anyone asks no it was not backed up and yes i have lost everything on it.
without naming names or going too into things this person and their mother treated me poorly that whole weekend, blaming me for the break in, and upon arriving home, they also decided they wanted to cut ties with me. Resulting in me no longer having a new roommate once my current lease is up and owing them 600$ as they broke a different agreement of ours as well.
TLDR; i got 4k worth of stuff stolen including my computer/tablet, person i was with decided to cut ties and pretty much screw me over

I've been having a rough time handling this all but i'm staying strong,, i don't want to move back home and i'm not going to give up my dream just because of a shitty event and some shitty people but i do just need time to get back on my feet. I've been taking things one day at a time and i just need to work on getting back to where i was,, and then i'll try to figure out what to do next you know? i've also been considering making a new account on here,, i have a new username everywhere else and for personal reasons i feel it'd just be nice to be able to start all over,, that being said i wont do any of that untill things here are settled.
anyways i know i've been afk for a while and coming back with such bad news probably doesn't look too good but i just wana thank all of yall who have stuck around and i hope i can get better and get back to everyone soon. :heart:
