4/13 SHOOTING THE BREEZE WITH THE KING

Happy Friday the 13th, my peons — I mean, precious gifts from above!
Just shooting the shizz as per normal when I decide to disappear from the earth.
So, as you may have seen, fursona changed.
For those new, this isn’t abnormal for me. I’m an actor, playing multiple roles is my bread and butter, you know~!

Anyways, along with that I’ve mostly just been busy working my two jobs.
It’s been pretty nice, I’m getting accustomed to DC and with the weather warming up, it’s truly becoming a real home.
My boyfriend graduates from grad school in a month, so we’ve been preparing for the madness of all that. Hopefully with his $50k/year job prospects, it’ll make the bills a little easier. Since he gets a stipon, we have to manage and I gotta work multiple jobs, but it’s been worth it!
Speaking of jobs, I recently got hired for a full-time gig at a Marketing and Graphic Design company. It took like 3 years of odd jobs to pay the bills but I’m finally getting the chance to work in my field! It’s really exciting and after a mightmarish winter of fiscal uncertainty (and some generous help from my folks) things are looking up roses! Even though I’m holding on to one of my part-time jobs just cuz you never know.
I know, I overwork myself a lot but resilience is one of my defining character traits!
Anyways, I hope everyone is doing well and that you all have been having a great start to the spring! Now’s the time to smell the flowers and enjoy the sunlight whenever it wants to show up.
