Join the Wacky Races tribute project - [Ended]

Ever since South Park has done a Wacky Races episode, it is stuck in my head. So I had the idea to make our own Wacky Racers and line them up similar to the show's intro.
And you can join in and get your own Wacky Car with your character as racer drawn.
Art will be drawn by TheLazyFable and will aim for a look similar to the show's.
Meaning lineart with flat colors. The cars will be viewed from 3/4 side (like in the opening of the show).
Rules:
#1 - Come up with a funny idea for a car (ideally fitting for your character) and reply to this journal
#2 - Describe the car with as few words as possible and what character(s) should sit in it (Maximum 3)
#3 - SherlyKaru and I will decide on the 9 winning concepts (2 cars are reserved for me and her)
#4 - If your car gets chosen, please have $6 ready (to cover some of the costs). Additional characters may increase this a bit.

Why don't I draw it?
I can't draw something that large because I would procrastinate it forever.
Adult or Clean?
Adult possible, but depends on the design.
