I had a medical problem, then a medical procedure, that are giving me weird body feels, which then tend to make my psychosis and anxiety kick up a lot.

lately to calm myself down enough to get to sleep I've been imagining that I have a sheeplady wife and we two ewes have lambed together and the stuffed animals I sleep with (another recent development) are our lambs nursing from and sleeping with us, and this mental scene is accompanied by an imaginary chorus of baa-ing... this, following my mental recitation of a Psalm 23 rewrite with more lesbianism and more emphasis on the sheep husbandry metaphor, is my sleep ritual now, I guess,

I already knew about the ~birth dysphoria~ but the explicitly furry familial fantasy, and especially the baa-ing, are a new height and/or depth of furrydom for me
