NYC FURS MEETUP APRIL 20th

Hello fellow furries, I apologize for the long wait for furmeets..It's been busy and rough times for me 
bigztehwuff But please remember, if anyone wants to host meets, contact me and I'll setup the events for you like this guy did below... I will make it happen. All you have to do is tell me when where how, how much and if fursuits are allowed. And I will do the rest! Anyway I got a note from Brett Hanover who made a furry film and I was very happy because I was under a lot of stress with work and here he is with a great idea for a furmeet with not only a what when and where but he made it himself and the trailer looks great. I personally look forward to watching this film being a Filmmaker myself. ^_^ Enough chit chat here are the details!
Furmeet name- "Rukas" screening. ( Release-2018, Length- 87 min)
Location- Anthology Film Archives 32 Second Avenue New York, NY 10003
When- April 20 2018 at 6 PM, I will be there at 5ish. but again we all gather at 6pm.
Fursuits- Not recommended/high chance not allowed.
(I won't be able to attend 24th but those who cant make the 20th can see it then at 9PM.)
Show time- April 20 at 7:00 PM AND April 24 at 9:00 PM
Personally I will be there myself for the April 20th screening.

$7 AFA Members, and children (12 & under)

"Hi! My name is Brett Hanover, and I'm a filmmaker from Memphis, TN. For the past 7 years, I've been working on a feature length doc/fiction/fantasy hybrid film called "Rukus." The movie is based on my friendship with a furry artist from Orlando, Rukus, and is set partially in the fandom. It deals with themes of love, mental health, and queer and alternative sexuality.
So far, the movie has screened at SF IndieFest, SXSW, and Furry Weekend Atlanta. Our next screening is later this week in NYC.
The movie plays at Anthology Film Archives, 4/20 at 7pm and 4/24 at 9pm, as part of the "Cinema of Gender Transgression: Trans Film" screening series curated by director Madsen Minax."

Again If anyone wants to make future meets contact me, I will make meets soon but a busy wuff has his paws full and needs a little help getting the furs together and has no problem helping you do it! ...Really Q_Q I don't want people saying NYC furs is dead, It is not. I'm just working like a horse here! So don't be shy to make a meet of your own and I will advertise it for you! My own meets will be coming soon!
