PAYMENT
PayPal Invoice, USD only. I start after the invoice is accepted & paid.
On PayPal, select “No address needed.” If you leave a note, include your username only.
Prices may change without notice until an invoice is issued.
2) QUEUE & TURNAROUND
Work is completed in queue order, with occasional reordering for complexity.
Typical turnaround 2–8 weeks. Complex pieces (refs, multi-char, comics) can extend up to 4–5 months.
If your piece exceeds 90 days after I’ve started, I’ll add a free icon/bust.
3) PROCESS & CHECKPOINTS
Sketch: I send a pose/composition sketch for approval.
Lines + Flats: I send a second WIP (clean inks + flat colors).
Final: Rendering, polish, export.
Approval window: Please reply within 48 hours at each checkpoint. No reply → I move to the next client; after 7 days of silence I may pause or cancel the commission per the refund terms.
4) REVISIONS
Free: up to 2 edit rounds at the sketch stage; 1 minor tweak at flats (colors/markings).
Paid revisions: after inks begin, additional changes are billed ($10+ depending on scope).
5) WHAT I WILL / WON’T DRAW (SFW)
Will: original characters (anthro/furry/feral/fantasy), mild romance, tasteful fashion, armor/props, light environmental backgrounds.
Won’t: copyrighted IP/official characters, hate symbols, explicit/NSFW or fetish content, real-person likenesses without permission, illegal themes.
Style: I do not copy other artists’ styles. I work in my own established style.
6) CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide clear digital references and any written notes (palette, markings, outfit, pose).
Gifts/third-party characters require owner permission.
One point of contact: the payer is the client and decision-maker for the piece.
7) COPYRIGHT & USAGE
I retain copyright and may post work-in-progress or final images in my portfolio/socials and produce prints. (Ask if you need a posting delay or anonymity.)
You receive a non-exclusive, personal license: share online with credit/link back, crop/resize for icons, print for personal display.
No commercial use (merch, ads, books, VTuber assets, etc.) without a commercial license (quoted separately).
Do not mint as NFTs or use for AI training.
8) REPOSTING & CREDIT
Reposting is allowed with clear credit (name + link to my page). Do not alter beyond cropping/resizing for display.
9) COMMUNICATION & CONDUCT
I answer messages when it’s your turn in the queue and at checkpoints.
Harassment/spam/offensive behavior → cancellation and blacklist.
10) REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Before sketch begins: full refund.
After sketch delivered: refund minus a $5 non-refundable sketch fee.
After lines/flats start: no refunds.
If I cancel at any time, you receive a full refund (sketch fee waived).
11) FILES & DELIVERY
Default deliverables: PNG (white background) + PNG transparent for character pieces. Layered PSD if included in the listing.
I’ll note size/resolution on your invoice or listing.
12) CHANGES TO TERMS
Terms may be updated at any time; the version on your invoice date applies to your commission.
By paying the invoice, you agree to these Terms.

Not only that, but now that paypal has introduced the attached shipping address to every transactions, some accounts are being banned for not "shipping items" because they do not attach a tracking number to their transactions. With every transaction there is a box you can click that says "No shipping needed" if you do not click that box it will automatically send your shipping information. Not only is this, kind of sketchy but you are giving out personal information that isn't necessary.
With all this being said, whenever you send a payment to me please make sure you click "No address needed"and in the Note please ONLY include your username and no other information, if you choose to leave a note.
