My rabbits are dead part two

Unfortunately their nothing we can do about the dogs since animal control never showed up but they have the nerve to show up the next day when the damn dogs are long gone!
We did get the videos but other from that there’s nothing that can be done and one of the dogs have a collar and tag so it did belong to someone do you know how hard it is to see my rabbits on video running for their lives like that?
I was in tears.
But now we got a bigger fish to fry, this whole mess was the fault of the insurance company, they are the onces who are suppose to fix the damages done to our house by Hurricane Irma but they refuse to do there jobs they just take your money and do NOTHING! So thanks to them a family members are dead!
Mom's been at war with them ever since the hurricane last year.

Apparently it was all about who you got on the phone and not actual damage. Some gave the max, others wouldn't give away anything despite more damage. Wouldn't hurt to follow up with them.
