Has anyone here have any experience in lerning the Irish Gaelic language?
I would like to learn it, for when I go visit Ireland in the future.
Also, because I feel like I should know it.
It's kind of a part of me, since I have irish ancestors, but I've never been there and only speak German and English
It must be pretty difficult, since the way the words a written aren't how they are pronounced

It is kinda close. Like, Italian and Spanish, or German and Dutch.
