** if you have any questions or concerns at all, please contact me! ** I've decided to put my Terms of Service and my Price List all in the same journal!
These prices may be subject to change at any time, depending on how my art style is fluctuating at the time. I may even offer commissions with discounted prices from those that are shown here. But even so, any changes made or any discounts offered will be made aware in my journal, so keep your eyes open!

// TERMS OF SERVICE //
( By commissioning me, you agree to this ToS as of: 4/26/2018, any commissions taken after this date must abide to this ToS. )
1. Upon purchasing and receiving a commission from me, you may re-post it to your own gallery or website,
as long as you use the Watermarked version, which I provide. Please link back to this art gallery, as well.
2. Please do not remove my Watermark from any of my images, even if it is one that you have commissioned from me.
I will always provide you the original PSD, or un-watermarked version, at the time of completion or any time that you ask for it.
3. When commissioning me, I will always provide to you a sketch for approval before going forward and completing the commission.
Once you have approved the sketch, I will make no major changes. Please be sure to provide an accurate reference sheet and description, as I can't be held responsible if the character/design/markings/etc. are not correct if it doesn't clearly show it in the reference sheet or description. I will be happy to correct things that I have missed on the reference sheet, or in the description.
4. I will attempt to provide refunds if less than 50% of the artwork has been completed. Please know that refunds take time to process,
as I typically live paycheck-to-paycheck as must wait for the funds to be available. If you go through paypal to get a refund after 50% of the artwork has been completed,
I won't hesitate to report you to a 'buyer beware' group or page.
5. Expect to wait up to 2 weeks for your completed commission. If I expect it to take any longer, which I rarely do, I will be sure to get in contact with you.
6. Please do not attempt to collect a refund before the 2 week deadline, as I will decline giving one to you. ( I understand if you regret spending the money at the last minute,
but please understand that I am not a bank and I do not just have money laying around to refund you with if you decide shortly after commissioning me, that you no longer want to do so.
You will have to wait at least 2 weeks from commissioning me before I will offer you a refund if you ask for it. )
7. For the most part, I'm incredibly flexible and I will do everything in my power to appease my commissioners. So if there is anything at all that is bothering you,
please don't hesitate to get in touch with me. If you need any changes to be made to your commission before I have completed me, let me know and I will see what I can do.
8. If you would like to alter your commission, for whatever reason (ex: your character design has changed, etc. ), then please feel free to do so at your own discretion.
I will not go back and alter a commission after it has been completed unless you are willing to pay for that service.
9. If you commission me for NSFW artwork, I am under the assumption that you are not a minor.
10. If you buy a character or artwork from me and sell the character or the artwork associated with it, you don't need to ask for permission! Please, do as you wish with it, but I wouldn't mind knowing where the character or the artwork is going, just so I can keep track of it!
11. I expect all payments to be full and upfront unless the price of the commission exceeds 50$, in which you will have the option to pay half or in installments.
