I don’t like making posts like this for personal reasons. But, with all avenues seeming to disappear…
My father has cancer. He’s had lung cancer since September of last year. Over the past several months, he’s gone from being in the hospital, to going through chemo… For a while, things were on the upswing.
But his body is weakening- he suffered a seizure caused by bleeding in his brain (where tumors were found and excised months prior), because his blood and platelet counts haven’t been recovering as well as they could. Now the doctors don’t want to put him through more chemo, not until the injury in his brain has healed, and his blood counts are back up. Whether or not he will undergo thoracic surgery to cut out the bigger tumors also relies on this.
All the while, the cancer is slowly building back up in strength.
If his body doesn’t recover more, my father is going to die.
So I know this may be strange, coming from me, but I ask all of you to please, keep my father in your thoughts and your prayers. At this point… it’s all we can do.

Stay strong. I'm all with you and support you. Courage.
I'm sorry I missed this before-hand. I know this is over a month late, but I hope things have improved for your father in the time since you posted this. I'll hold him in prayer for you.
