howdy everyone (specifically those awaiting commissions), I've decided to refund all the current commissions open by the end of may.

A good amount were IP and I was originally going to PM individually each and everyone whether or not they wanted to forget-and-refund, or to wait an extra amount of time to allow completion due to a tough schedule. A recent personal loss has killed my motivation, however, and I'm just skipping that and refunding all current commissioners by end of next month.
