make sure you install drivers from the manufacturer, and that the drivers are actually running. I can't really help beyond that without knowing the kind of tablet.

Try searching for the specific brand and model of tablet, and if you're still getting Wacom search results, include "-wacom" in Google search to exclude results with that word.

What is your Tablet? Perhaps you installed the wrong drive for a different version of said tablet

Unfortunately, that is your biggest problem right there. Windows 10 will do EVERYTHING in its power to mess with you and irritate you to no end. Trust me on this, if you can, go back to 7. 8 isn't all it's cracked up to be either since it's just a mess.

Sadly windows 7 does not support current gen UEFI technology nor 6. gen and above intel cpus nor ryzen at all, so not really a good idea to go back to 7. Windows 10 can be a good operating system, if configured properly that is. Look at the good side of 10, it can handle drivers {at least for common hardware} on its own and does that quite good, it is also faster than 7, has less problems with old software too and it has settings to kill off all unwanted behaviour, like cortana, forced updates, automated driver updates and so on.
