Try to find solutions to the problem that produces you anxiety,try other perspectives and try to think positively about it.I know might sound easy but hard to do,but you are the only one who can control your anxiety and most of the times is very psychological.
Other activities like sports or hobbies are great!Also videogames.
Selfharm ,negative thoughts or even stop eating/eating a lot are a big NOOOOOOOPE and never help reducing any anxiety and only cause more harm .
I'm still learning how to handle stress so yeah!Im like in the same situation as yours ;_;
I'm. Alright for now, thanks for asking. I plan on talking with some close friends about some issues. It's mostly work related and financial issues with my family. I don't want to get to into it here.
Very true, it comes down to my psyche with anxiety. Trying to work on that, but it's been difficult.
Usually I can handle the stress, but lately...there's too much going on and it's starting to weigh on my mind..

exercise. It really helps, even if its just a little bit each day.
Go for a brisk walk, work on it until you can go for some comfortable jogging. Try to do this as often as you can. If its in the budget, maybe even see if there's a gym you can join.
It isn't always easy. talking to people about it (venting) is probably one of the best things you can do. Exercise can help lift your mood as quietlurker mentioned. I guess also try and limit any parts of your life that are causing stress, but aren't necessary.
