Terms of Service
Will do:
-Anthro
-Feral
-OCs and fanart
-NSFW
-gore
-fetish art
-can attempt humans but they will not be the best
Won't do
-Cub
-Nazi
-Rape (consensual non-con may be fine)
-Any excessively dirty or "gross out" fetishes ala scat, diapers, vomit etc.
-Adult MLP art
This is a generalized list of what I feel comfortable with and capable of drawing. I apologise but there are some things that I will stand firmly on that I simply will not draw. That said if you are uncertain, please
shoot me a message with your idea and let's see what we can work out. Despite how this may make things look I am an open minded person and will do my best even if what you ask for isn't within my scope of expertise.
I. General
-Be polite and courteous in your requests for comissions and I will provide the same courtesy to you.
- Give good references... either a clear image or a detailed text description of your character. If you want certain expressions, poses, themes etc.. Please let me know while we are working out the comission.
- I have the right to refuse any comission, however I will always try to provide a reasoning if I refuse.
II. Payment
-I ask for a deposit of half of the price of the artwork up front, and the rest to be paid upon completion of the work.
-I prefer paypal, but if you are unable to use it message me and we'll see what we can work out as an alternative.
-If for any reason a comission has to be cancelled, I will refund to the fullest extent of my ability. If it's been almost completed or if it's traditional and materials have been used, I will withold an appropriate portion for time/materials and refund the rest.
III. Process
-I will update you as much as possible, with progress pics and updates on my status.
-I will ensure that you approve of the direction before taking major steps, and will wait for sketch approval before I proceed further to ensure I'm doing your design justice.
-I will respond as promptly as I can to inquiries for information and ask that you can do the same so I can complete your work in a timely manner.
-That said, I do work slowly. My life in in a state of flux right now, my turn around time may vary. Because of this I only accept a few comissions at a time to ensure I don't get bogged down in too much work.
IV. Customer Satisfaction
-I will do everything I can to stay true to your vision and provide you with work you will be happy with. Any time during the process I will make alterations and keep you notified of my progress.
Please don't be afraid to reach out to me if something isn't to your liking, the sooner we catch and correct it the easier it will be to do so.
-If a piece is completed and major changes are asked for there, I may need to ask for an additional fee for the time and labor to do so. I will strive to be fair and reasonable in these circumstances.
V. Copyright
-I as the artist hold a full copyright on the piece, therefore I may
-post it to promote my art
-share it on social media sites
-retain the original .sai and .psd files as proof of ownership
-The comissioner is allowed to
-post the art to their own sites with credit
-use the art in any non commercial fashion they wish, including self promotion with proper credit to me as the artist
-print and display the works in physical mediums
The following will be considered copyright infringement
-Cropping my signature out of the artwork or otherwise covering it
-Selling the artwork for personal profit
-Claiming you made the artwork yourself
-Repurposing or directly tracing the art for commercial purposes
VI. Cancellation/refund policy
-I have the right to cancel a commission at any time.
-You have the right to cancel the comission at any time.
-If a cancellation must occur, any work not already done will be refunded, some amount may be witheld to compensate for time and materials.
-Work that has been completed may be altered or repurposed, however I will change it so that I am no longer using your character.
-If you have any concerns or problems, please message me and let's see what we can work out.
-If you file erronous charges against me, I will blacklist/buyer beware you on social media.
