Commission Synopsis (Story Idea): This will be a combination of the "Slipped in a Puddle" piece and its aftermath by Ravensflock, where we see Newlyn emerge from the (lovely) puddle as a fully transformed rubber dragon.
Rubber Factory setting. Fit him with some sort of either gear like wrist/ankle cuffs and collar, or even some sort of armor. This was going to be used to show a more submissive dragon. After all, what good is a factory dragon without programming?
