[center]By owning a character design made by me, this tos will automatically apply to you and the design!!
BUYING AN ADOPTABLE
› Do not offer what you cannot afford. If you retract your bid or can't pay, you will be put on the blacklist.
› I will not do refunds, what you pay is completely your responsibility.
After payment, you will receive 2 images of your adopt without watermarks. (My signature will remain, however.)
USING THE DESIGN
› You may not use the design unless you buy it.
› Please credit me for the design!
› After buying you may
› You may change the species, gender, add or remove accessories etc.
› use it as your character/fursona/mascot
› After buying you may not
› claim the design as yours (as in 'I designed this')
USING THE ADOPTABLE PICTURE
› You are allowed to use it/upload it on your gallery if you
› credit me and put a link to my Page (especially when using other sites that FA)
› do not use it for any kind of profit
› do not claim the picture as yours!
RESELLING & GIFTING/TRADING
› You are only allowed to resell the adopt for the same price you paid for or less!
› If you got the adopt through a trade you may NOT resell it for money or points!
› You may NOT sell the adopt for a higher price that what you bought it for
› You may gift/trade the adopt as long as you notify me about it.
