Personal Updates: Taking a trip & a new project.

General
Thoughts, and various mad ramblings. So I haven't been online in quite a while; writing this journal is the first time I even turned on my laptop since my last post. I had been quite depressed lately, probably because of the breakup and move last month. As a result I decided to take a trip to see family down in Kentucky, so I will be offline until next weekend as they have no internet. I'll just be writing, catching up on my older stories, and shooting guns, I will also be trying out a new project; I want to try cave painting on the cliff-side cave they have, but not like some millennial hipster artist. I'll be using traditional method and materials such as iron oxide and charcoal powder, animal fat and saliva... Yeah... Maybe in 10,000 years someone will look at those paintings and wonder who the cultists wearing animal tails were. I'll troll them all from the grave. :3

I'm glad you're holding up
I totally feel your situation. While I've had no breakup, my last few couple days were just complete, in a simple word, crap. Maybe this visit, and this (admittedly forced) break from internet is what you need.
I wish I had a good enough reason to leave NYC, as this city can be SO depressing, contrary to what naive outsiders paint this city to be. I love the ocean, and sometimes dream of being able to go eastwards to Long Island - geographically, the city of Flushing, and the borough of Queens it's in (you probably correctly guessed it's where I live by the fact that I mentioned them) is part of Long Island, I'm (obviously) referring to the part(s) of Long Island that don't consist of the City, as the boroughs of Brooklyn, and Queens are parts of the City - to places like Amagansett, Mattituck, Montauk, and Greenport, where the air's cleaner, and there's seashore, and ocean to spend time alone at.
Good luck, and may you be able to get the best out of what you get there.
Here's to hoping that the sky looks up, and brighter for both of us!!
