The following are the Terms of Service that you automatically agree to upon commissioning, requesting, or buying adoptables from me.
When I make art for you, you agree and understand that...
~I may use the drawing as an art print. I may sell the print as a keychain, print, t-shirt, ect.
+I am not taking ownership of any characters drawn (unless they are my OCs), I am simply taking ownership of my own drawing.
~You are not allowed to remove my watermark from the art piece.
~You may not repost my art without permission and a link back to the original posting.
~You may NOT claim the art as your own.
+You may have paid/asked for it, but you did NOT draw it.
~You may not sell the artwork unless I have given you permission.
~You may not trace/make bases from my art.
~You ARE allowed to use the art as a background/icon, but you must link back to my page SOMEWHERE on whatever profile you use it on.
~There may be a waiting period between ordering and receiving your commission.
+If there is a line of commissions in front of yours, I am required to do theirs first.
+I will always let you know how long the wait list is and give an approximate date of completion!
~Threatening me in any way in order to have your commission bumped to the top of the to do list will result in being blacklisted from future commissions, a 50% refund, and no finished commission from me.
+If you are patient and kind, your commission will be done quickly and to the fullest of my talent!
+This rule is only in here from past experience. Most people are lovely and wonderful commissioners, but some are just bad.
When you buy an adoptable from me, you agree and understand that...
~You are not allowed to claim ownership over the design.
~You MUST link back to my profile as the original creator at least ONCE.
~You are not allowed to resell for a higher price than you bought it for.
+If you do resell, you must draw your own reference of the character.
~You must tell me if you resell or give away the design.
~You are not allowed to claim ownership until I have confirmed payment.
~You are not allowed to claim ownership over any of my original species.
~You are not allowed to draw an adoptable character before buying them
+Special conditions include: DTA, WTA, and sometimes OTA adopts.
~If you deactivate your account without warning, I have the right to reclaim any/all free characters that I have created for you.
+This does not include paid adopts, customs, design commissions, or any character that you have fully paid for.
Punishments for breaking these Terms of Service:
~Minor offense (ex: not asking permission before reposting, failing to link back to the original post 2 times, giving away/selling a character/artwork without notifying me, ect)
+The user will be sent a stern warning, and I will expect that whatever issues here are will be fixed within 48 hours.
~Moderate offense (ex: repeated minor offenses, claiming design/art as your own, refusing to credit, deactivating your account without warning)
+The user will be blocked and privately blacklisted. I will most likely tell other artists about whatever issues/problems have occurred so that they may avoid this user.
~Extreme offense (ex: reselling artwork for a higher price, tracing/making bases, selling said bases, threatening me, ect)
+The user will be publicly blacklisted with a full list of offenses, they will be blocked, and may not receive a refund at all.
Special cases:
Paying in installments
~Some may choose to pay for a large piece in installments. Depending on how it is decided, this person may get their art before the price is completely paid off.
~Ceasing payment after receiving art is an extreme offense and will be treated as such.
+I will also report whoever does something like this to whatever authority needed.
More to be added at a later date.
All payments are non-refundable after the finished product is completed. If you wish to cancel a commission while it is in production, you may only get a 10%-50% refund depending on how far along I am in the drawing process.
These Terms Of Service may be changed at any time.
Any and all violations of my TOS could result in any punishment listed above. If you have any questions concerning the TOS, please feel free to message me.
