1. General
• PLEASE READ FIRST MY T.O.S!!!!
• If you dont Money don't i dont care.
• I retain the right to decline a commission for any reason.
• Please be patient, I'm a human being and also have a another life , I work at my own speed.
• You can check your Art's status and progress on Trello.
• I am allowed to use the Artwork for my own personal advertisment and Galleries.
• I have the permission to change my Tos anytime and adapt.
• I generally accept NO RESERVATION OR NO HOLD!
• Legal court is for any and every law case/is the
"Bezirksgericht Flawil Bahnhofstrasse 12, 9230 Flawil".
Every lawcase must be brought to this court.

2. Characters and Reference Sheets
• I only accept Digital Reference Sheets, must be flat colored. No shading.
• I will not work with Second Life or other in-game screenshots as References or Traditional Reference Sheets.
• Please send me the Original Reference Sheet by E-Mail (Pls in high quality, quality loss I take no guarantee).
• The provided Charakter has to be legaly your own (exception are presents for Friends)
• Charakters belong to their respective owners!
• Must be Full Body Reference and must have at least one full front view, or side view if the character is symmetrical.

3. Payment and Shipping
• If you dont Money don't i dont care.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Only Paypal.
• I require full payment before the customer is appended to the queue.
• A payment plan can be discussed for items exceeding $150.
Changes to the work while it's in progress or completed will result in additional fees.
• If I don't feel able to make a comission for whatever reason I have the right to cancel it also meaning you get your Money back.
• Shipping cost are NOT INCLUDED! Shipping cost ONLY Included in Switzerland/Germany/Austria.

4. Art Progress and Deadlines
• I usually don't take deadlines.
• Queue can be found here.
Trello
• The customer receives a sketch for approval,during the sketch phase you can request up to three changes.
• Any declined sketches will be auctioned off to the public and the customer has no authorized rights to these sketches anymore.
• Work can take a week to several Months to complete based on queue length.
• I am obliged to keep the Customer always up to date. (I ask for no demand).
• once approved I will continue
• when the picture is completed you will recieve the high quality version via E-Mail from me.

5. Customer and Artist rights
• Customers retain the right to upload their completed commission with the following requirements,please give always the credit.
• DO NOT remove my Watermark.
• The Customer is obliged to read the TOS and accept them.
• I am not responsible for wrong crediting.

6. Adoptables
• If you dont Money don't i dont care.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Only 
Paypal.
• Who Paid first served first.
• For the Adoptables there is NO RESERVATION OR NO HOLD!
• Don't ask me for a Trade or another Payment Method as Deviantart Point,Character Trade ect. (unless it is offered).

7.Permission for resale
• Permission for resale: Just not for more than you Paid (unless of of course you have extra Arts).
• For resale, please let me know the new owner!

8. Cancellation and Customer's right to a Refund
• The customer has the right,at any time a commission to cancel.
• If a Commission is canceled, the customer will not be entitled to get the WIP. (Work In Progress),The Artist alone retains the right to keep the WIP (Work In Progress) and do what he wants.
• A full refund will only be issued if a sketch hasn't been approved.
• When you decide to cancel a Commission you will get a part of your Money back
depending on the already done Work.
★ after sketch - 90% refund
★ after lineart - 60% refund
★ after flat Colored - 30% refund
★ after full shading or Finished Works - no refund possible
