Taking Custom Tenta-demons!

I've thought about it a lot but never really came to a decision;;; But I've decided, since I need to save for a ticket to Canada to see my Fiancee, I'll take on some custom tenta-demons!
I'll be offering 3 kinds! one on the male base I usually use, the female base I usually use, and free-hand drawn ones!
Prices go as followed-
Male - done on this base by Meloki: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/27075605/ Or this base by Xenthyl: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/26624411/ (note that it wont include a back version)
$20 for nude, $25 for an outfitted/clothed version!
Female - This base by Xenthyl: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/26611722/ (note that it wont include a back version)
$20 for nude, $25 for an outfitted/clothed version!
And then - free hand-drawn ones.
Because these will take a whooole lot of time, prices could range from $50 to $80, plus an extra $10 or so ontop of that for clothing (price varying on detail)

Now that that's out of the way, here's a little form you can fill out to make telling me what you want easier!
Base type: (male or female or free-hand)
Tentacle typle: (Tentacles types come in smooth, ridged, octopus or slime. Can also tell me what kind of pattern you'd like, though pattern can only be applied to all of them except slime.)
Crown type: (Can be any kind of crown, like a circlet, one of those fancy british royalty crowns, whatevs you want)
Horn type: (self explanatory I think xD)
Feet type: (Can be human, hoofed, or paws)
Body marking type: (They dont have to have markings, and I can wing it if you'd like)
Clothing: (If you want clothing that is. If not, just put in any jewelry since I usually deck my demons out in it even if just nude)
Colours: (Can link me a palette or just give me a general combination and where you would like everything to go;;;)
