Looking for Fitness Suggestions

So... You all may love Salerio or Alastair for their sexy, amazing bodies, but I have a confession to make...
I aspire to look like them! The problem is, I lack any and all motivation to go to the gym... I don't have any idea where to even start.
I'm not overtly unhappy with my appearance, it's just that I'd like to fine tune my body, if that makes sense.
Tone down the slight belly I have, build some muscle, run a mile without dying... But I need suggestions on how to do that!
Anyone have any tips for me? Exercises to do? Clothes... To buy? Pretend I know LITERALLY nothing about fitness. 😬

Have you come across Tax Beast on Twitter? If not, he posts a lot of detailed info on it and loves seeing people succeed. He's also a part of a furry fitness group on Twitter. Want me to DM you links over there?

Start simple, depending on your fitness level. Do you know how far you can walk, how much you can lift, what your endurance is like, etc?

I don't. But that's a great suggestion. Odd question, I know, but I tend to be on the dressier side of things and don't own many gym clothes. No sneakers, etc. Any suggestions where I could go to buy decent gear?
