- title of the email must be TOPPINGTART COMMISSION [your username]
- please avoid sending me commission ideas through PM/Discord, if you want to discuss an idea, send me an e-mail with the gist of it first (๑•̀ㅁ•́๑)✧
- character design fees apply for non-referenced characters
- I’ll be opening a few slots, and selection process won’t be first come, first serve, I’ll leave it open for a few days and then get back to whoever got picked!
