Terms of Service


*Commissioning me requires that you have read and agree with the TOS and its rules and limitations. Any information that is not clearly explained or covered feel free to inquire.

- You are at least 18 years old
- All characters involved must be approved by owner of said character.
- Commissions must be paid upfront before work can start.
- Payments are done via invoice on Paypal only. (Invoice will be from fraserirvine@hotmail.com)
- Ownership of final image belongs to me. Use of the image is allowed for personal use, not professional. You're able to repost the image if credit is listed on the post.
- You agree that your image could be used promotionally or for profit (merchandise/prints).
- Art will be posted to my account, if requested upon commission the character/customer names will remain discrete. Otherwise social media handles or links to the commissioner will be listed once posted provided I have them.
- You're welcome to request WIP's of a drawing as I move from each phase of drawing. Thumbnails, Sketch, Line Art, etc.

To request WIPs or contact me for any reason about your commissions please communicate with me via email or FA notes (Fazar).


Work being done on the art

- I will allow changes to the pose early on if you wish to see WIP's of early sketches. Otherwise once a solid sketch has been approved no major changes will go into effect. Items missing or forgotten can easily be added at any point of the process.
- I prefer if customers have a clear idea of what they want drawn. It is preferable you have some idea on how you would like sequences to work. Creative/Artistic freedom is allowed if you have a list of ideas you like for the scenario for me to work with.
- Auctions have predetermined sets of rules that must be followed including character requirements, payment dates, and poses. These are only negotiable if the auction specifies so.


What I will not draw

Cub, Hyper, Scat/Watersports, Gore/Snuff (Minor violence ok), Hyper explicit sexual content (Check to see if the content is allowable beforehand)

If not listed, feel free to make an inquiry and I will approve them on a case by case basis.
I reserve the right to decline drawing any content that I feel uncomfortable with.


What I will draw

- I’m willing to try new species/material but quality of content can't be guaranteed as I will be learning the anatomy as I draw it if I do not have an example in my gallery.
- I’m willing to try to draw complex machinery or weapons but can’t guarantee the accuracy or quality of that part of the drawing. So far I don't have any price differences for such content.


Refunds

Refunds can only be returned (as is done via Paypal) before a commission has had work started on it, or if I feel I am unable to complete the work for whatever reason. Please contact me as soon as possible if you decide to cancel.
