Sadly, I have to agree. As much as I love medieval fantasy and history, Robin Hood and King Arthur are overdone, and there hasn't been a truly good movie about either in a good long while. It's time to give them a rest.
The Ridley Scott Robin Hood was especially disappointing, despite being a decent movie, because the original script sounded so much more interesting before it got turned into a generic Russel Crowe vehicle.
There are other medieval stories to be told.
