I've been thinking of giving more story on what Vanthrys actually is and how he functions, rather than simply how he came to be the lewd lizard he is today.
Given how long it's been since that last journal, I figured I should do it sometime around now, ish.
So, where to even begin.
Well as I said before, Vanthrys is now made of solidified dark magic (weakness to heat and light, sunlight as an irritant, etc). What about innards? Inner workings, tubings, organs, does he even have a brain? I often wonder that last part myself, but anyway.
A lot of this explanation is basically going to end up as "because magic" and, well, it is. He does have a stomach or, at least, a cavity where things from his mouth go to. I say that because it is also his womb (hermaphrodite), and his gut. But wouldn't things that go in the vag end up in the stomach? No, they're in his womb. But they're kinda in the same place.
Here's where things get complicated.
See; Vans' magic, the stuff that keeps him alive, defines his shape, and has a penchant for not letting him be incapacitated for too long, effectively has the mentality of a child. It knows things happen, but it doesn't know exactly how.
When Vanthrys was first reformed, the magic worked from its 'knowledge' of a dragons' body; the outward look, the mouth, etc. But it gets stuck when it comes to innards. It 'knows' that when a dragon eats, it goes into the belly. Check. How it does this? It just goes down, right? So Vans' 'stomach' is just a bag, almost, albeit a very stretchy one.
The magic also knows that things going into or out of one or both of the other two holes also lead to the belly, but in different ways. So while Van does have a womb, it occupies the same space as his stomach, while still being separate.
Confused? Good, glad we're on the same page
Now for plumbing. Vans' stomach doesn't contain acid, but it does possess the ability to leech required energy from objects (living or inanimate) inside it which, while not technically digestion, will cause whatever is inside to slowly... fade. He can regurgitate the contents fairly easily (read: uncomfortably) to prevent any deaths, but some of you kinky bastards are into that and you're disgusting and I love you really pleasedon'thateme *BREATH*
So, that's done. Now for lower down, starting with the puss. Once again, the magic knows of vaginas being wet, but Van is a very productive dragon, so surely he's productive everywhere there is liquid? So he has a bunch of girl juice ready to squirt and/or bloat someone's stomach. The aphrodisiac in it is just some strange side effect, or an excuse for extra lewd.
Then there are the balls. They are fluid-filled, but not squishy. Also incredibly productive to the point where they will slowly bloat themselves if they are not drained, and will bloat even quicker if Vans' urethra is blocked somehow. Said urethra is literally a pipe that leads to his balls and, somewhere, there is a prostate that is just as ridiculously sensitive as normal. But moreso, so yay.
He also does not have a bladder, as he has no use for it from draining energy, nor does he produce... waste, as whatever inside him that may be fully 'digested' simply fades or disintegrates, then fades more.
By the way, have I mentioned how Van is literally impossible? Just imagine how all that inside stuff is there, while also somehow being able to fit a foot-long horsecock that comes out of a pillow-like sheath. Yeah.
Now he may seem rather powerful with all this, but he does still need sustenance and hates sunlight (vampire-drake?), and he also has that greatest of traits that is not in any way contrived in any game in which it features; amnesia.
Not really amnesia, but he does have a weak mind; he can be extremely sensitive to hypnosis, mind-altering stuff, mind control/theft/etc, overpowering through lust, that kind if thing. Plus he has a bad memory. You can put those "OMG MARY SUE" signs away now, I've cracked the code.

Without the spotlight, he doesn't have any refractory period, so you'd end up giving him a long string of orgasms fairly quickly ;P
Semi-realistically though; it's secreted by his vaginal walls, but can build up very easily when plugged. I know that, irl, female ejaculate comes from their urethra, but Van only has a male urethra ;P
