Uuugh, freaking bitcoin miners. I want new hardware

Don't get me wrong, I love the idea of crypto currency and sticking it to the big banks as well as grubby government vampires. Just.....it has made the cost of cards so high XD Hopefully someone comes up with a dedicated piece of hardware that can handle mining with low power consumption so the miners will by that instead of buying up all the gpus.
That annnnd RAM has skyrocketed in price from when I first bought this pc. Don't think that's because of the miners at all but still it's making it so upgrading your pc to be a bitch ^^; And here I thought everything computer related was getting cheaper and cheaper. I looked what it would cost to build my same pc today and it was over $2k ! WTF!
I have a Radeon 7990 and 16gbs of memory. All I wanted was some more ram and a new card
