Well aside from your usual stuff?...Perhaps some character development of Chaos? Maybe even extend that branch to any other characters of yours? It would be nice to see what your sona does for a living, who his friends are and perhaps any misadventures and shenanigans they find themselves in

I think this question is too open ended. We all have our favorites, but if you could give us a general theme or 2, I think we on this side could give you what we would like to see in that category. For example, for me, Disney(Max Goof). Nature: Lions/tigers. Amusement parks: Dark rides... Etc!

I mostly enjoy futuristic scenery or steampunk scenery. Great looking landscapes are calming.

Getting stuck, though you could easily see paws with something like that, that and the rest of a rear end, or front end, or possibly both?

For me, some funny or action stuff could work too!

An action still in the middle of combat would be sweet. Chaos may not necessarily be a fighter, but it'd be cool to see him preparing to get one of his victims. Or, maybe even a failure, like he tries to apprehend someone and has to dodge lasers for his life. Or just generates a shield, facepalms, and teleports away.

Character creation. Just general interactions like hanging out or doing something outdoors. Slice of life kind of stuff.

I'd personally love to see you expand your roster of characters or at least explore the lives of the characters you currently have :) Show us their interests, relations, aspirations, etc. Yeah, some of that stuff can end up being tickly too, but you don't have to limit yourself one way or the other!

You can do fanart of what you like.

something not paw related... maybe show your character doing some cool stuff like skateboarding or zip-lining while taking pictures.

Furry paws tickling is the greatest thing ones can draw! So why trying anything else?
