Gah~! <3 It's fantastic! Everyone draws the little tuft of "hair/fur" on the top of his head a bit differently, so I'm not worried to much about it to be fair XD But it looks amazing! Really can't thank you enough for doodling him for me~ <3

And given the reference and that it's for practice, I say you did pretty damn good~ Also do like the monochrome style coloring on it as you asked for the opinion. I think it fits especially well given that he's mainly two colors; the gold and the blue. Not sure how well it'd turn out for more multi colored folks, as there's only so much shades of gray can show off before things get looking to chaotic~ ..... At least in my opinion <__<
