Work out for sure, I can eat sweets all I want as long as I stay active so it doesn't turn to fat and eventually exercise stops feeling like a painful chore and instead it becomes an adrenaline rush and endorphin high over time. (why péople get addicted to gym)
Meanwhile a diet would feel unrewarding due to lack of results and I'd easily fall out of it.

humm.....Diet would be harder as you would have to discipline your self but the gym once you get into the routine its pretty simple so...gym for solid 6 months

Strict diets often become demotivating after a while because they turn eating into a chore, and eventually many people (not all) burn out.

Now if only I could get off my ass and finally start.
Because i'd be learning to eat for longer, and its just somehting you get used to
Besides if you workshout but keep eating the same stuff, then later it would have all been for nothing
(surprisingly a burger has done better as a re-energizing food for me after/during a bike ride than other energy bars and foods...)
