Local restaurant in Winterport looking for some art to display
Looking for a local artists who would like to put some of their artwork on display at the wooden spoon in Winterport for free, and they can sell it as well. They bakery doesn't want the sale, we just want some local artwork to cover some holes on the walls and bring some more life to the dining area. For a bakery/restaurant that has a view of the Penobscot river. Please not furry artwork, they can be animals, just not furry. 4 or 5 pieces at a time. Spontaneous Mini Meet in South Portland
This Saturday is the grand opening of the long anticipated Round 1 Arcade / Bowling Alley in the Maine Mall.
Would anyone be down for a kinda spontaneous mini meet Saturday afternoon to check it out?

Meet up around 5 PM or so. Can get food at the food court before or after.
Maine FurBowl Announcement
Family Fun Bowling Center in Bangor does not open at the normal Furbowl time on their summer hours. Last year we did the furbowl at a different place and while the bowling alley was decent, the location kinda sucked. To avoid this problem again and to prevent it from ever happening
novarlynx is switching the schedule for the FurBowls:
March, July, and November will be in Brunswick
January, May, and September will be in Bangor.
Date for the July bowl to be determined later but will likely be the 3rd weekend.

I'm going to the pride parade on the same day that Round 1 opens, but while I'm in the area I was thinking of going and taking a look once all the festivities are done anyway! ^^ Not sure what time exactly I will be there, but after the parade, lunch and looking at the vendors, it will probably be pretty close to 5:00!
