So my partner went to another court hearing today. District Attorney said he needed 2 more months, was not ready to telease evidence to our attorneys, didn't have a settlement offer, and wanted to speak with the "victims" family first. That word didn't sit well with my wife, as she IS the victim. As a final "How do you", the D.A. then demanded my wife shut down her GoFundMe, which she promptly complied with the request. Just in case anyone was wondering what happened to that.
