GENERAL
⁍ I have the right to refuse work, for any reason.
⁍ I reserve the right to not disclose my reasons for denying commissions.
⁍ Watermarks are not to be removed at any and all cost.
⁍ You are allowed to repost commissions with proper credit.
⁍ I will not copy another artist's style or commission for you.
⁍ I don't always post every commission I do, just a preference if it doesn't fit my specific aesthetic for my front page.
⁍ Initial sketches are available as wips by request.
⁍ Commissioners are advised to keep track of journals that may hold information.

PAYMENT
⁍ Paypal only, USD. Payment is required before any work is to be started. I don't do stalled payments or partials.
⁍ You will be sent an invoice, to which I will confirm the price beforehand.

CHARACTER INFORMATION
⁍ Please include as much info as possible for references, character personality and poses at the beginning to prevent any misunderstandings.
⁍ Visual references are preferred over detailed descriptions.
⁍ NSFW images are acceptable as reference but need to be clearly marked as NSFW.
⁍ Any revisions that need to be made that were not listed or included in your character reference and information will cost an additional %5-%10 depending on complexity.
⁍ You will not get a complete redraw.

DEADLINES/TIME-FRAMES
⁍ Although I cannot promise an exact deadline/time-frame, I usually complete my commissions within a week depending on queue and difficulty. Bigger pieces may take up to two weeks.
⁍ I will let you know if I cannot complete your commission in that time-frame.
⁍ Rush fees will depend on commission size.
⁍ Sundays are used for answering notes only.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
⁍ I require one-to-four weeks to process a refund.
⁍ If work has not been started, your refund will be in full. Otherwise you will receive a percentage of the commission price according to the work that had been done.
⁍ Refunds requested after 100% completion will be denied.

GRANT OF RIGHTS
⁍ Once the final artwork is completed, I will grant you a NON-COMMERCIAL license to: upload to your gallery(ies) and other sharing platforms with proper credit.
⁍ You do NOT have the right to use this artwork for personal gain, financial opportunity or otherwise.
⁍ In the event of a refund - partial or otherwise, you are giving up your rights to any works already started. you may not use any of the artwork/wips unless the commission is completed in full.
