Firstly, thank you for taking the time to look this through. It's honestly so nice when someone is educated on my requests and policies before asking for a commission. Saves a lot of heart ache in the long run for me and you both!
Bellow you will find the most commonly asked Commission themed questions, including prices, how my Queue works etc. If there is something you're still curious about or have any suggestions for commissions types, prices etc please feel free to note me.


✿ “Can you announce when you’re commisions are open?” ✿
I usually do announcement slot openings and streams, however because my following is so small here on FA there isn’t enough traffic just yet for me to make announcements. I have a lot of sites I’m active and they all need to be updated. For ease of use I only update the ones where my watchers are the most active, most often. These would be Deviantart, Amino, Instagram or Tumblr. As far as commission openings go, one announcement on those sites and my blocks are full immediatly and by the time I get to FA to make updates the blocks are full yet again.
If you’d like faster updates Amino and Deviantart are the best places.

✿ Prices ✿
My commissions range anywhere between $6.00 CAD and $85.00 CAD, and can continue upwards depending on complexity, rush fees, and piece size. Overall I feel as though my prices are fair, if not low, and I would appreciate no complaints. Suggestions are welcome, however complainer or beggars will be blocked.

✿ Rules ✿
I have no real rules, aside from complaining. Turnaround times, begging, harassing other commissioners are all unacceptable behaviours and will result in permanent blocking.

✿ What will you draw? ✿
Pretty well anything. My skills range wildly from machinery, cityscapes, wildlife, gore, animals, humans etc.
However, I will not draw sexual content that includes minors (characters who appear to be minors), pieces attacking other users or individual groups.

✿ Payment? ✿
I accept payment through PayPal, or via email transfers if you are in Canada. There is also an option to send money Internationally through some banks, however its a bit of a hassle and PayPal is overall safer for everyone involved.

I do not expect full payment until your piece is finished and posted, however I will not start any commission without first receiving at least 50% of full payment, nor will you receive the full resolution, unwatermarked copy until you have payed in full.

✿ Turnaround ✿
Turnaround is the amount of time it takes an artist to finish your commission, from receiving payment to uploading the finished piece.
For me, I always list average turnaround times with my commission listings but there can always be outliers. Sometime there are delays, and since I work on a first pay, first serve basis no matter your place in my Queue all those who have finished paying at least the 50% deposit in advance will have their pieces finished and posted first.

✿ Reposting ✿
The only people who are able to repost commissions are the commissioners themselves, and with permission their friends if their characters are included in the image. I do expect a link back as credit whenever possible, however as long as my signature remains on the image linking back is not mandatory, just appreciated. Commissions can be used freely, and reposted offsite as well.

✿ Queue ✿
Because I only accept three (3) Commissions at a time, it can be inconvenient and unfair to those who may want a commission but are not online when openings are announced. The Queue gives these people a chance to hold a spot in advance. However, only those who have paid 50% of their total commission price will move up in the Queue. As long as you are making payments or there is room you can stay in the Queue as long as you like. However, paying clients always take priority and I do not allow "campers" to hold spots they have not paid for.
No immediate payment is needed to take a spot in my Queue.

✿ Refunds ✿
Although it has never happened to me before, its important to note that I do offer refunds, particularly if you've purchased a commission but change your mind before it has been started. If I have accepted payment but not started the commission I will always offer a full refund. If the piece has been started and you ask for a refund part way, you are entitled to have 50% back. Please ensure you consider this carefully before purchasing a commission from me or asking for a refund.

✿ I'm not happy with my piece. What now? ✿
Again, although this has never happened to me I want to ensure everyone is happy with what they pay for. If a piece is finished and you as a buyer decide you do not like the piece I am more than happy to work with you until it is perfect. However, this applies only to minor corrections and fixes. I will not redraw an entire image, or switch characters. I always offer updates and contact with buyers to ensure you are happy throughout the process. If there is any issues with the drawing, your character etc please let me know DURING the process. I will not refund finished pieces due to a lack of communication.

✿ I ordered an commission from you in (year) but I can't find it? ✿
Often I will clean galleries during moves or when I am no longer happy with the quality. If this includes a commission your previously purchased rest easy knowing I keep an back up of all purchased pieces on a physical drive. If you loose a digital original I have done for you please note me and I will resend it to you.
