First: Name update:
I thought a bit about what name or what name relations i could use
Ive decides to definitly keep keyla in the name because thats how you all know me and call me and i like that name. Although i might at some point get rid of my sona keyla. Thatll also lead to me being easier to recognize.
I though of using part of my real name, vivian, in there maybe. Like keylavi which sounds stupid but whatever... also maybe to use something correlating to my new character lotus, who i myself called luna (falsely)
I really like words like lunar or lotus, but i dont think they sound to great with keyla
... i would just go for putting art / arts behind keylawolf but

Keeping keyla is a lot harder than you'd think it is but i still want to be recognizable somehow... but maybe i should also not rely on that and just go all in changing my brand --

I havent been drawing much over the past weeks because i went to an internship and i was just tired
In 7 days i wont even be in germany anymore (for a week) (follow me on twitter for updates and picures winkwonk)
But maybe ill actually sit my ass at my computer today and draw. If not today, definitly tommorrow. WITH STREAM CAM AND EVERYTHING.

Especially if THAT name is the reason you have problems with finding a new username
I mean you can still include keyla on your profile infos but it depends on if that is info enough for you ^^‘
Because ive been called keyla for almost 4 years and its not like its just the name of my sona but idk its kind of my identity name here
But also its troubling me bc keylawolf is just good
Its short easy to spell to pronounce and not offensive lol
Finding a new name is hard in general
i had to scan lots of name lists until i decided for mika 👀
but i am still glad i changed the name because i am fed up with the other one i had since like 2010??
Idk how much i like wolfi tho

Its one syllable more than id usually want but i like the name its the first name i came up with all by myself back in 2007? For wow or something i dont recall
Dont start with the cars tho pls
Lotus (my new char) is also a car brand so
And the name must be easy to remember and spell (unlike mine lmao)
I like keylawolf a lot honestly

Also kolae is easy to spell... not as easy to pronounce maybe... i always say colie ? Its impossible to spell in english how i pronounce it I AM GERMAN
Maybe i just need to put another syllable to keyla (although wolf sounds so good behind it)

I pronounce it Kool-ayy.. but I’m not sure what the correct way is. Apparently it is a Hawaiian slang word for a mutt dog, and it is an Indonesian name for a type of boat! I had no idea lol.
Keylapup sounds pretty cute hehe /w\
I like the term pup because it is cute, and it can be sorta ambiguous in its meaning. Lots of different animals can be called pups!
But either way, whatever name you use won’t hinder your art too much, as long as you keep all your handles linked and stuff!
If I were to restart now, I’d make a more ambiguous name to go by.. like

Sugarpup
Starbean
Bet those are all taken though ha ha

Maybe i need to step away from names entirely.
Maybe including Vi or Vivi somewhere isnt the worst idea.
Just go with something that you can jive with 💕 I know you’ll find it!
