It's not futbol or soccer as normally done, no. Every team is really two teams, one all-female and one all-male. How who faces who is a complicated thing best not thought about too much, but it's always a female team facing a male team. Or is it the other way around? The female team members are strong of leg, of course. And the male team members are... large of scrotum.
The match is, of course, not at all fair. The women have proper attire for the sport, and the men.. well they have things a bit different. The shorts are tight, with a hole.. and a constricting band to make sure "the boys" stay on display outside that hole in those tight shorts.
There is the usual ball in play, if that matters. There are still some penalties, but the point of the game is to hit a ball. It doesn't have to just be that particular ball. And the goaltender is the only one who can use her (or his, for what it's worth) arms and hands - and they probably call her "Squeeze" or such for good reason.
Now just imagine any scene that TV cameras would focus on during one of these games.. and, there's the picture.
