CHARACTER SLOT GIVEAWAY POLICY & FREE ART AGREEMENT

I occasionally give out free slots in multi-character art commissions to my Twitter followers. To qualify, please read and adhere to the following. To keep these giveaways fair, friends are prohibited from participating. Please note that this document is subject to change.
PART 1: CHARACTER SLOT GIVEAWAY POLICY
In order to be selected for a free character slot, you must:
+Follow my Twitter (@ThatManedWolf)
+Be of legal age (18+)
+Post a reference sheet of your character to the Twitter post
+Not have received free art from me in the past
THIS IS NOT A RAFFLE. Selection is based mainly on character aesthetics; other selection criteria may also apply. I am not required to disclose the selection criteria.
PART 2: FREE ART AGREEMENT
If you are given a character slot in one of my commissions, you must agree to the following conditions:
1. The character you have provided to be rendered is YOUR character, and you are the legal and rightful owner of the character.
2. You hereby grant me, and the artist I have commissioned, a temporary license to use your character. We are free to use your character for the commission. Additionally, we reserve the right to modify various aspects of the intended commission.
3. You are allowed to post and use the art as if you were the one who commissioned it. Please keep in mind that in most cases, the artist will retain rights to the piece. Please check with the artist's policy to understand what you can and cannot do with the art. Please remember to cite the artist of the work.
4. I reserve the right to cancel the commission for any reason whatsoever. Additionally, I do not have to provide a reason for the cancellation.
5. I reserve the right to never display, or to remove the piece, from my gallery at any time for any reason. Likewise, I am not obligated to cite your character or provide a link to your account(s).
To acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these conditions, please DM me via Twitter with the following statement and information:
I have read and agreed to the FREE ART AGREEMENT. I hereby grant you and the artist a temporary license to use my character in the manner described. Here is a link to my reference sheet: [INSERT URL]. Date: [INSERT TODAY'S DATE]. Electronic Signature: [FULL LEGAL NAME].
