Greetings everyone. I've been a lurker for quite a few years around FA (and Aryion as well). Recently I've decided to make my mark, as it were, in the community. I've created an account and, in addition to showing support to people that make great stuff (whether it be through art, writing, roleplay, animation, or other mediums), will be posting some of my own stuff as well!

I've already begun converting and posting some roleplay logs I've participated in over the past couple years (with permission from the other people involved of course). On top of that, however, I've begun doing some writing commissions.  guzame encouraged me to start this prospect up, giving me a few ideas to work with, and it was something I honestly never thought I'd be able to do! And yet, today I posted up one of my first completed commissions, Prices to Pay. And after some fiddling about with settings and stuff, I posted a rudimentary Commission Info slot up as well. Starting simple enough (I hope) to get off the ground in this department.

Another goal I've had for some time was one where I could afford to get artwork commissioned. I have primitive art skills at best, and the sort of ideas that I have in my head far outstrip my skills with the pen/tablet. Trading writing for artwork (by earning funds via writing to spend on commissions, or doing straight-up trades) was another thing I'd never thought I could have happen, but here we are. I'm rather excited to get some of the ideas I have commissioned up.

I've received quite the nice welcome from several folks already around here, and it's been rather encouraging so far. Happy times.
